Returns & Exchanges

At Lila & Hayes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
